Flogas have been supplying LPG to people for over 30 years. They're proud to hold a royal warrant, which means you can rely on the very highest standards of service, quality and excellence. But, as a multi-site business with a hugely diverse range of roles, many of which were remote, creating a consistent and engaging onboarding experience was a real challenge.

Eli was built to be the most flexible onboarding system in the world, so managing the 40 different onboarding journeys Flogas required was simple. And, by exploiting Eli’s versatility, and high levels of personalisation, we created a rich onboarding experience and bespoke checklist for every individual joining the Flogas team, whether they were starting their career in the office or in an LGV truck.

Eli also worked hard to streamline and automate many of Flogas’ onboarding processes to reduce admin and free the HR team up to spend more time on value add. Beyond bespoke checklists for internal teams supporting the onboarding process, Eli also managed Flogas’ contracts, forms and policies, as well as giving new hires access to pre-induction materials focused on H&S. Integration with their ATS, Appellia, ensured a seamless (and automated) transition from candidate to employee.

Launched in 2018, the Flogas Eli experience has a 97% engagement rate and an experience rating of 4.7/5. Over, 80% of their line managers take ownership of onboarding.
