Top tip number 18 is all about ensuring your new hire knows what their onboarding journey entails. Your clearly defined onboarding process will come in handy here to communicate what forms tasks and information. They need to complete or provide in order to join your organization and an onboarding checklist as well as an awarding onboarding platform can help ensure everything happens when it's meant to but just like our last top tip make sure your new hire also finds out about all of the exciting things that are still to come. Remember top tip number 11 compliance versus experience. You have to find the right balance for your organization. So that period after offer acceptance isn't a void filled with only forms and automated emails. This is also a great time to remind your hiring managers what set expected of them as well.
