Welcome to another of our onboarding top tips videos. One of the biggest drivers for overhauling your onboarding experience is a lack of consistency. So that's what top tip number eight is about. Inconsistency can be caused by many things. An undefined onboarding process, old or poor technology, disengaged, untrained, or unsupported line managers. Your list of challenges could be, annoyingly, pretty long. But start by defining your onboarding process as per my last top tip. Then you'll be in a much better position to understand what things you need in place to deliver a consistent experience time and time again, no matter where you are in the world. One important thing to remember is that consistency does not have to mean one size fits all.
