Top tip number 23 is all about helping your new hires before in their role. This should mean more than just being productive though. And there are three areas. We suggest you focus on the best thing is if you follow some of the things I've covered in my other top tips videos, you're probably halfway there already. That's the beauty of a great pre-boarding experience. The first area to focus on is organizational onboarding helping a new hire get to know you as a business. Beyond all of the day-to-day things. We've already mentioned in top tip 21 like how to book holiday company systems and apps and organizational acronyms. Make sure you cover things that will get them thinking longer term about their career with you such as how performance is measured and reward. Ed how opportunities for learning a development are accessed and career growth is achieved after the next two areas in my next two top tips videos.
