In my last few videos, I've been talking about how you can help you hire perform for us. This is much more than just being productive. It's about integrating into your business and being a valued member of the team and our final tip on this subject focuses on social integration. We talk a lot about building a sense of belonging at the Eli and as important reason for this. First if an individual feels like they belong at your business then much more likely to stay with you long term indeed 69% will hang around for more than three years and secondly the better network they are the more friends and associates. They'll have a cross your business which will make them more productive. It's a win-win for all we've mentioned a few ways of achieving this in top tips number 22, but beyond that think about how you can help them build connections across the business. This could be led by the line manager identifying keep you speak to. It could be by joining one of your employee resource networks or social clubs or perhaps like Earth you run regular events for people to attend. This is especially useful. If you have a hybrid Workforce one of our clients runs a virtual tea break for New highs every other day, you simply pop along if you have time and nearly always meet someone new.
