Welcome to the next of our onboarding top tips videos. My next tip is all about overcoming red tape without seeing red yourself. It doesn't matter how large or small your business, red tape is the bane of everyone's lives, especially when it's preventing you from delivering excellence. Often, there's a good reason for it. But just as often, that reason is, 'We've always done it like this.' This is where the qualitative and quantitative data you've gathered will be invaluable in your discussions. Sway them with data, facts, and feedback first, then win their hearts and minds with your vision. Most of all, don't give up if you hit a wall. Your dream is worth fighting for.
