Believe it or not. This is our 16th onboarding top tip video! So I thought to take a quick break from the traditional tips. Ask you a question is okay onboarding good enough for your organization. Is mediocre the first thought you want new hire to have when they walk through the door nice. Like a jump tart as my mom says okay is not something to wait for and though it may have felt like pulling teeth organizing those digital contracts and a few automated emails from your HR is we implore you not to stop there keep improving keep engaging and always keep the employee at the heart of your experience.
