My last few tips have focused on creating an engaging and consistent onboarding process. But just as important is making sure that process is as inclusive as possible. Does your onboarding process need to adapt or change to deliver the same great experience to certain groups of people? Those with visual or hearing impairments or neurological disabilities will probably be top of your list. But don't forget about other groups that might need a more supportive or tailored experience, such as those who identify as LGBTQI+, people from different socioeconomic backgrounds, or ex-military. Their advice and guidance will help you deliver a much more inclusive process and help everyone feel like they belong.
