I'm back once again with more insight and tips for delivering a great onboarding experience. In my last few videos, I've been discussing what a great onboarding experience should actually include. So let's add another: information on employee resource groups that you might have, including your employer resource networks, and how to get in touch with them. Employee generated content works really well here too, and it's a great way to build excitement in the run up to day one. A nice way to get hold of that footage is to build things like this into your onboarding process, like asking new hires to film a top tips video 90 days after joining, to send to the next people joining their team. Who doesn't love a top tips video, after all?
